Nutricia Homeward - an award-winning service

We are delighted to have been recognised for the second year running by the Patient Experience Network (PEN) for providing outstanding patient experience.

PEN is a not for profit, membership-based network, whose goal is to improve patient experience.

Category Winners

Nutricia won three awards at the Patient Experience Network National Awards ceremony:

  • Measuring, Reporting and Acting - Working together to implement an environmentally sustainable solution. This recognised the Nutricia Homeward initiative to encourage the move from single use Flocare containers to reusable bottles
  • Patient Experience Manager of the Year – Catherine Shakespeare, Head of Nursing. In acknowledgment of her exceptional leadership skills and patient advocacy
  • Best Private Healthcare Company - Nutricia Homeward won the overall category for Best Private Care Company

We were also shortlisted for a further two awards, Communicating Effectively with Family and Friends, and Partnership Working to Improve the Experience.
