Ingredients

3x 100g Fortini Creamy Fruit
150g white chocolate
300ml double cream
200g condensed milk

To Serve
Fresh fruit and chocolate sauce

Method

  1. Melt the white chocolate in a bowl using the microwave. Blast for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in-between until melted.
  2. Stir in the Fortini Creamy Fruits and the condensed milk.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the double cream until thick.
  4. Fold the double cream into the Fortini mixture.
  5. Line a loaf tin with plastic wrap and pour the mixture into the tin. Smooth the top, wrap the tin in more plastic wrap and freeze for 4/6 hours.
  6. Remove the frozen mixture from the tin and peel the plastic wrap away.
  7. Slice and serve with warm chocolate sauce and fresh fruit.

Chef's tips:

  • Both the Summer Fruit and Berry Fruit Flavours of Fortini Creamy Fruit taste great in this recipe.
  • Change the flavours using milk, white or dark chocolate.
  • Store in the freezer for 1 month.
  • To make individual portions, use muffin tins or lolly moulds.
