Fortini Reward Scheme

Fortini is a range of nutritionally complete supplements which are tailored to meet the needs of children who have increased nutritional requirements.

Your child's Doctor or Dietitian will prescribe the recommended daily requirements for your child.

To help your child take their prescribed Fortini oral nutritional supplement, Nutricia has created a rewards scheme to help your child take their requirements daily amount.

Here's how it works

1. Register

Your child has been prescribed an oral nutritional supplement, so you can register your child’s details at www.nutricia.co.uk/fortinirewards.

Once registered, your child will receive a welcome pack in the post. Inside you’ll find:

  • Welcome letter
  • 3 sticker cards
  • 3 sets of stickers
  • Height chart
  • Nutricia branded gift
  • Small toy to be awarded after finishing the scheme

2. Fill up card

Each day, once your child has taken their oral nutritional supplement from the Fortini range, allow them to select a sticker and place on the blank card supplied (one sticker per day).

3. Send off and receive

Once the sticker card is full, give your child the small toy included in the welcome pack.

For more information on the scheme please go to www.nutricia.co.uk/fortinirewards.
