Ingredients

100g mango tinned or fresh
(if using fresh mango peel skin and cut flesh from stone)

100ml smooth yoghurt
50ml milk
1tsp clear honey to sweeten


Method

  1. Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pass through a fine sieve to remove any particles.
  3. Pour into a glass and serve.
  4. To achieve an alternative level of drink, refer to dosing guidelines on Nutilis Clear tin.

Additional portions can be frozen for later use or refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
