100g kale 
2 tsps olive oil 
1 tsp smoked paprika  


  1. Rip the kale into small pieces, brush with the olive oil on both sides and sprinkle over salt, pepper and smoked paprika. Bake in a 180°c oven for 20/25 minutes until crisp.
  2. Allow crisps to cool on the tray then store in an airtight container.
