Ingredients

75g diced chicken
50g onion (chopped)
50ml chicken stock
50g leek (chopped)
1 tbsp gravy browning
2 scoops Nutilis Clear
1 tsp oil

Method

  1. Place diced chicken, chopped leeks, onion and chicken stock with oil in a pan and cook for 15 minutes.
  2. When cooked, blend until smooth.
  3. Thicken with 2 scoops of Nutilis Clear and then use the chicken mould for presentation.

Ensure you complete dysphagia texture checks.

Additional portions can be frozen for later use or refrigerated for up to 24 hours.

Please be aware that blending hot foods can be dangerous. Always check the manufacturer’s instructions to ensure that your blender is suitable for processing hot foods and follow their instructions for safe blending.
