Ingredients

  • 200 ml Fortisip PlantBased 2kcal Café Latte flavour
  • 50g frozen strawberries
  • 50g vegan double cream
  • 15g matcha powder
  • 2 tsp maple syrup

To serve:

  • Ice

Method

  1. In a bowl, add the vegan double cream and stir in the matcha powder and maple syrup and whisk with a balloon whisk until soft peaks, set to one side.
  2. In a jug, place the Fortisip and frozen strawberries. Blend until smooth with a stick blender.
  3. Add ice to a serving glass and pour over the strawberry latte. Spoon over the matcha cream and serve.

Chef's tips:

  • Add ice and blend for a thicker latte.
  • Make the matcha cream ahead of time and leave covered in the fridge until needed.
  • Great for snack time, breakfast or lunch. Keep cool in a flask.
  • Frozen raspberries and melon work great in this recipe too.
