To serve (optional):

  • Fresh mango, pineapple and/or passion fruit
  • Coconut yoghurt
  • Maple syrup

Method

  1. In a jar, place the Fortisip and stir in the oats and chia seeds, place on the lid and chill overnight.
  2. In the morning, stir the overnight oats then top with the fresh fruit. Add coconut yoghurt and a drizzle of maple syrup.

Chef's tips:

  • A great make-ahead breakfast or snack.
  • Add pinch of cinnamon or mixed spice to change the flavour.
  • Fresh, frozen or dried fruit can be used to top the overnight oats.
  • Add a mashed banana to the Fortisip before adding the oats and chia seeds.
  • Toasted pecans or other nuts add texture and crunch.
