- 200 ml Fortisip PlantBased 2kcal Café Latte flavour
- 50g frozen strawberries
- 50g vegan double cream
- 15g matcha powder
- 2 tsp maple syrup
To serve:
- Ice
Strawberry Dirty Matcha Latte
Method
- In a bowl, add the vegan double cream and stir in the matcha powder and maple syrup and whisk with a balloon whisk until soft peaks, set to one side.
- In a jug, place the Fortisip and frozen strawberries. Blend until smooth with a stick blender.
- Add ice to a serving glass and pour over the strawberry latte. Spoon over the matcha cream and serve.
Chef's tips:
- Add ice and blend for a thicker latte.
- Make the matcha cream ahead of time and leave covered in the fridge until needed.
- Great for snack time, breakfast or lunch. Keep cool in a flask.
- Frozen raspberries and melon work great in this recipe too.
