Fortisip Bottle

Fortisip Bottle is a Food for Special Medical Purposes for use under medical supervision. Fortisip Bottle is a nutritionally complete, high energy (1.5kcal/ml), ready to drink, milkshake style nutritional supplement, for the dietary management of disease related malnutrition. Fortisip Bottle can be used to supplement the diet of patients unable to meet their nutritional requirements from other foods, or as a sole source of nutrition.

Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Not suitable for patients with galactosaemia.

Not suitable as a sole source of nutrition in children under 6 years of age.

Fortisip Bottle is ready to drink and is best served chilled. Shake well before opening. Fortisip Bottle Neutral may be added to sweet and savoury foods.

Vanilla flavour: Water, maltodextrin, cow's milk proteins, sugar, vegetable oils (rapeseed oil, sunflower oil), potassium citrate, emulsifier (soy lecithin), flavouring (vanilla), magnesium chloride, tri calcium phosphate, acidity regulator (citric acid), choline chloride, carotenoids ((contains soy) (b-carotene, lutein, lycopene oleoresin from tomatoes), calcium hydroxide, sodium L-ascorbate, potassium hydroxide, ferrous lactate, zinc sulphate, colour (curcumin), magnesium hydroxide, nicotinamide, retinyl acetate, copper gluconate, DL-a-tocopheryl acetate, sodium selenite, manganese sulphate, calcium D-pantothenate, chromium chloride, D-biotin, cholecalciferol, thiamin hydrochloride, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, pyridoxine hydrochloride, cyanocobalamin, sodium molybdate, riboflavin, potassium iodide, sodium fluoride, phytomenadione. 12 months. Best before date: see side of bottle.

Store in a cool, dry place (5-25°C). Shake well before use. Once opened, close the bottle and store in a refrigerator for a maximum of 24 hours.
