Forticreme Complete is a Food for Special Medical Purposes for use under medical supervision. Forticreme Complete is a high protein, high energy, semi-solid, nutritionally complete nutritional supplement. For the dietary management of disease related malnutrition. Forticreme Complete can be used to supplement the diet of patients unable to meet their nutritional requirements from other foods, or as a sole source of nutrition.

Intended for use by adults. Suitable as a sole source of nutrition. Should be used with caution in children over 3 years and monitored by a healthcare professional.

Vanilla flavour: Water, cow's milk proteins, sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable oils (rapeseed oil, sunflower oil), modified starch, potassium citrate, emulsifier (mono-diglyceride of fatty acids), flavouring, dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, choline chloride, acidity regulator (citric acid), stabiliser (carrageenan), magnesium hydroxide, sodium L-ascorbate, maltodextrin, sodium chloride, potassium hydroxide, ferrous lactate, sodium hydroxide, zinc sulphate, copper gluconate, nicotinamide, DL-α-tocopheryl acetate, colour (curcumin), calcium D-pantothenate, cholecalciferol, thiamin hydrochloride, manganese sulphate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, sodium fluoride, riboflavin, retinyl acetate, cyanocobalamin, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, chromium chloride, potassium iodide, sodium molybdate, sodium selenite, D-biotin, phytomenadione. Store in a cool, dry place (5-25°C). Once opened, close the pot and store in a refrigerator for a maximum of 24 hours. If consumed directly from pot, discard leftovers.
