For enteral use only. ACBS approved, prescribable on form FP10 (GP10 in Scotland) for the following indications: For the dietary management of short bowel syndrome, intractable malabsorption, pre-operative preparation of patients who are undernourished, patients with proven inflammatory bowel disease, following total gastrectomy, bowel fistulae, disease related malnutrition and dysphagia.

Intended for use by adults. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age.

Must be used under medical supervision. Suitable as a sole source of nutrition. Additional caution required if used between 3 and 18 years. HCP should determine appropriate daily intake with more frequent monitoring if used between 3 and 18 years.

Check appearance before use and shake well. Do not dilute or add medications to the formula. Administer at room temperature. Collapsible packs can be attached directly to a Flocare pack giving set. When connected to the giving set (aseptically handled, closed system) this bottle has a hanging time of max. 24 hours. If the cap has been removed (used as an open system) then the bottle has a hanging time of max. 8 hours.

Water, maltodextrin, vegetable oils (sunflower oil, rapeseed oil, medium chain triglycerides (coconut and palm oil), soy protein 5.68%, pea protein isolate 5.08%, inulin, emulsifier (soy lecithin), oligofructose, potassium chloride, arabic gum, soy fibre, DHA and EPA-rich oil from microalgae schizochytrium sp., potassium citrate, magnesium chloride, calcium citrate, calcium carbonate, stabilisers (microcrystalline cellulose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose), potassium hydroxide, cellulose, acidity regulator (citric acid), carotenoids (contains soy) (β-carotene, lycopene oleoresin from tomatoes, lutein), choline chloride, calcium hydroxide, magnesium hydrogen phosphate, sodium L-ascorbate, resistant starch, taurine, L- carnitine, magnesium citrate, sodium chloride, zinc sulphate, ferrous lactate, DL-α-tocopheryl acetate, calcium D- pantothenate, nicotinamide, sodium fluoride, thiamin hydrochloride, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, copper gluconate, retinyl acetate, manganese sulphate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, chromium chloride, potassium iodide, sodium selenite, sodium molybdate, D-biotin, phytomenadione, cholecalciferol, cyanocobalamin. Store in a cool, dry place (5-25°C). Once opened, close the bottle and store in a refrigerator for a max. of 24 hours.
