Fortini

Fortini is a Food for Special Medical Purposes for use under medical supervision. Fortini is a nutritionally complete 1.5 kcal/ml ready to drink sip feed, for the dietary management of disease related malnutrition in children from one year of age (>8kg in body weight). Fortini can be used to supplement the diets of children who are unable to meet their nutritional requirements from other foods, or used as a sole source of nutrition for children aged 1-6 years or 8-20 kg in body weight.

Fortini is best served chilled. It may be frozen or gently heated (not boiled). Shake well before opening.

Vanilla flavour: Water, maltodextrin, glucose syrup, vegetable oils (rapeseed oil, sunflower oil), Cow's milk protein caseinate, sugar, emulsifier (soy lecithin), potassium citrate, tri calcium phosphate, magnesium chloride, flavouring (vanilla (contains Cow's milk)), di potassium hydrogen phosphate, calcium chloride, choline chloride, carotenoids ((contains soy) (b-carotene, lutein, lycopene)), sodium L-ascorbate, potassium chloride, potassium hydroxide, taurine, ferrous lactate, zinc sulphate, L-carnitine, nicotinamide, copper gluconate, retinyl acetate, sodium selenite, manganese sulphate, cholecalciferol, D-biotin, calcium D-pantothenate, DL-a tocopheryl acetate, thiamin hydrochloride, chromium chloride, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, sodium fluoride, potassium iodide, sodium molybdate, cyanocobalamin, phytomenadione. Store in a cool, dry place (5-25°C) and away from direct sunlight. Once opened, Fortini should be consumed within 4 hours, or stored in a refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Discard unused contents thereafter.
