NEW packaging design for Neocate LCP from November 2025

Neocate LCP:

  • NEW BETTER VALUE 420g volume
  • New packaging design
  • Minor ingredient source change.
  • There will be no changes to the price of Neocate LCP, providing 5% more product for the same price per tin.

Neocate LCP – volume & packaging design change:

  • Neocate LCP 400g is changing to 420g with new PIP codes from December 2025. From 1st January, only the 420g format will be reimbursed.
  • Neocate LCP will also have a new tin design. The images below help you to identify the changes to the packaging design, including a lid colour change (from gold to purple).

Neocate LCP 400g moves to a 420g tin at no additional cost (from Dec 2025)

ACTION – CHANGE PIP CODE ON ORDERING SYSTEM 329-0301 TO 436-6621 FROM DECEMBER 2025.

 

NB: From 1st January 2026, 420g Neocate LCP will be the only Neocate LCP format that is reimbursable.

Neocate LCP - DHA ingredient source change

There will also be one ingredient source change for Neocate LCP. The source of Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) has been changed to help ensure continuity of supply.

Actions needed and additional information on Neocate LCP changes:

  • For Neocate LCP there are changes to:
  • The order codes as it is now in a 420g volume.
  • The PIP CODE on systems from 329-0301 to 436-6621 from mid-December.
  • The DM+D reference, to be shared in due course.

There are no changes to the price, scoop weights, preparation instructions, clinical indications or standard concentration.

Stickers will be applied to the tin lids of Neocate LCP for a short period to inform users of the changes detailed here. Additional information will be available on our website.

Neocate LCP remains Halal, Kosher & Vegetarian & is manufactured in Nutricia’s milk free factory in Liverpool, UK.
 

There are no changes to the clinical indications or dietary suitability of Neocate LCP. There are very minor differences to the nutritional profile due to the new DHA source.
