1 bottle of Fortini Compact Multi Fibre Chocolate-Caramel
150g self-raising flour
1tsp baking powder
- Whisk the eggs and Fortini Compact Multi Fibre Chocolate-Caramel together in a bowl then add the flour and baking powder and whisk to a smooth batter. Allow to stand for 10 minutes.
- Add butter to a frying pan over a low/medium heat. Add spoons of the pancake batter into the pan and fry** the first side until you can see bubbles showing on the top. Flip over and fry on the other side.
**Do not boil Fortini Compact Multi Fibre as it may destroy the vitamin and mineral content of the product. Always test the temperature of the food before serving.
